What Sippi Provides:

What Sippi Does NOT Provide:

• • Psychotherapy or counseling services
• • Crisis intervention or emergency response
• • Prescriptions or medical recommendations
• • Substitute for professional mental healthcare

You understand and agree that: Sippi's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional medical advice. Any information provided is for general educational purposes only.

By using Sippi, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate information during registration
• • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • Use the service responsibly and ethically
• • Seek emergency services immediately if you're in crisis (call 988 or 911)
• • Consult licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns
• • Not use Sippi as a substitute for professional care
• • Not share content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Sharing with Clinicians:

• • Data is never shared without your explicit consent
• • You control what information is shared and with whom
• • You can revoke sharing permissions at any time
• • Clinicians can only access data you've explicitly approved

Organization Accounts: If you're using Sippi through a healthcare organization, additional terms may apply as specified by your organization. Organization administrators have access to manage user accounts within their organization but cannot access individual user conversations without consent.

You agree NOT to:

• • Use Sippi for illegal purposes
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Share harmful, abusive, or threatening content
• • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• • Use Sippi in ways that could harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sippi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Enterprise Pricing: Organization and enterprise packages are available upon request with customized quotes based on deployment requirements.

Sippi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• • Results will meet your expectations
• • Any information provided is accurate or complete
• • Use of the service will improve your emotional wellbeing

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sippi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress, medical outcomes, or decisions made based on information from Sippi.
